HVAC Install Supervisor

Install Supervisor:

• Confer with supervisory personnel, technicians, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or job site
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate installation project activities to meet
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other
• Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the installation of HVAC
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods of action.
• Take primary responsibility for and work with the Comfort Advisors to ensure, on the job site, that proper quantities of materials and supplies have been furnished in order to complete assigned projects.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and formulation of department quality standards and guidelines. Provide ongoing training to installation techs in methods and code changes as well as customer service.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at job sites to ensure that proper procedures are being followed.
• Develop or implement quality control
• Evaluate installation and/or repair methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans.
• Oversee HVAC Installation Technicians
• Determine labor requirements for dispatching workers to job
• Establish and update required standard installation truck stock levels.
• Complete performance reviews for direct reports
• Observes and enforces all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Coach and motivate technicians to work at their maximum productivity; coach, train and develop technicians to increase work and sales
• Ensure company property, vehicles and tools are being used, maintained and accounted for properly and timely.
